Are you sure its oil? If you sprayed a lot of carb cleaner into the intake, the dislodged carbon/cleaner mix would look like oil. how did the refurb go? I noticed my ATR callipers, the lip that holds the dust seal in place is fairly corroded which would make a refurb borderline unfeasible.
