HKS DEMO TURBO'D DC5

Would you buy it if you had the cash? If the answer is no what would be the alternative car you would get?

My answer is no.

I'd rather spend that much on getting my Prelude really mint and spend some money on mods. I might not get much back in terms of my am investment for future sale but for me it'll be worth it.

Definitely not.
To start with, I don't find the DC5 attractive and would rather have a DC2.
But not at the sort of money that can still get you a top-notch Supra or an R33 GTR.

And I agree with Nitin. A mint Prelude is worth more to me than a mint Integra.

I posted it because there seems to be a perception amongst lude owners that a DC5 isn't that much better as an overall package than a lude, atleast not in monetary terms.

So by that theory one can say Honda made the best engines in 90's.

I had no work to do today so spent most of the day on pistonheads.

An automatic NSX with 50k odd miles is fetching £75k. How crazy is that?

For me...I wouldn't spend that sort of money on a dc5. I'd rather get a decent knick fd3s and then spend the change on the engine.

Was it built in Japan and imported or UK built?
It's a cool car and a future piece of tuning history from a reputable company but I'd rather build both my preludes and a civic race car with the money :)

That's way too much to spend on buying a teg imo. As others have said, that's skyline money. Admittedly that doesn't come with the nimble/lightness of a try, but it comes with much more grunt and street presence!
