I think that's a good idea. I think £10 would be a good price point for something like this, but I don't know the cost price of such things with such a limited print run. Perhaps worth getting some prices in and we can discuss from there? :)

We could code up the existing plugin. Wouldn't be too difficult to implement, just time :cry:

Vistaprint do them (I think that was who was used for the dsoc ones) and I think you can even do it on photobucket?

We're ok on funds until August next year. We've just paid for new hosting on a new server for the next 12 months, which has pretty much wiped us out. Don't like asking for donations, as donations should be what they are, donations. If all regular members ( circa 150) donated £2 per year, that would be more than enough to pay for yearly hosting and domain renewals.

1, Once a year a page showing donations made and available funds. Not who paid what, just the numbers. Also what cost's need to come out of that if any? (net space? domain? servers?etc? dont know the score re that)

No problem with this. I used to publish something in the mod section, but just got lazy!

I'll publish up to date accounts at the end of the year (December) :)

How about a "Reader's Wives" calendar, sorry, make that a "Member's Rides" calendar.. that way we don't need to wait until we have 12 LOTM winners.
