Good luck with fixing up the 4th gen :) keep at it.
The subaru looks good - quite fitting for a fan of the little blue smurfs - i think papa smurf would approve ;)

It's a shame about the engine not running.

The Subaru looks nice, a bit different to the Lude, I hope you make it back :D

Unlikely to give as much grief! (though probably not quite as much pleasure, either).

What made the decision to sell the 5g? You'd already conquered the hardest bit, after all - owning up to buying it!

Awesome! I am just about to do my one (I bought a kit off Drax). I'm going to spray my one the same colour as my BA8.

it's fiddly! but it doesnt help that im impatient with builds like these :silent:
i sold the 5g because it was a 5g. simples. im very glad a saved it dont get me wrong, especially for it to continue living on with Justin  but the interior is  and only when booting it was it good fun. the 4g is so much a nicer space to be inside. i did get a lot of attention though as its a rare car to be in like any Prelude on the road, but i needed to move on to experience something new.

managed to get a bit of time this weekend to work on the lude.
Image

swapped the mullered pistons in work recently, added fresh rings and spaced them out correctly, then it was the case of plopping them back in with a ring squeezer thingy
Image

and connecting them up underneath with new rod bearings

done 2/4 before having to go out again. busy sunday

Looks like some job, but at least it looks like you had the weather for it!
