Re: Greg-SiR's 1992 Jdm Si Vtec,Test Passed :)
Not even just off a week from it's test and not even seen the road or it's reg plates yet and it's getting a treat
Absolutely love this front lip
Both bumpers with lip and sideskirts are going on order, any idea on the exhaust,it does sit well in there, checking out the make for me but i am well over budget already.
All sourced from Japan through a JDM spare parts company based here in Brisbane.
@JEBB4 an engine in there too if your still hunting..

Looks like you have treated the old girl
Is that a charge speed lip or genuine JUN? Can't wait to get my charge speed over here...
Ahh what are they called? Id love to go check em out, I'm still in negotiations with this one you found on eBay.. Hopefully I will have something sorted soon though...

Re: Greg-SiR's 1992 Jdm Si Vtec,Aesthetics Shopping
No idea what make it is, looks in real good shape considering the car is been scrapped, respect for careful owners!
Shine autos is the company if you need anything, hit them up on FB.
6 weeks wait on the container is the downside.

It's either a chargespeed like mine or a JUN like @Drax has, probably a genuine JUN being as its in JDM land so might have got a bargain there pal!!
I've messaged the bloke it's got the h22a in it but no LSD box but I've asked for a price on the lump, hopefully resonable

Yes looks Charge speed, the Jun is very similar but has a curved design on the sides.
Pity about the LSD,still if it's a good price....he might find another donor yet too,was 3 wks before this one popped up,not sure how long he's staying there though.

defo a chargespeed i'd say, no curved design on the sides as you say plus the lip holes are further forward like the chargespeed whereas the JUN ones are further back.
brilliant find though love that little rear lip too, rounds the rear bumper off perfect!

I stand corrected, still a great looking lip either way.. I've spoke to the guy in Japan too, give me a price of $1800, that's for engine (h22a), gearbox (m2a4), engine loom, dizzy and ECU.... Told him I had been offered all that minus the gearbox off a guy over here for $1000 with an inlet..... So now we play the waiting game

Re: Greg-SiR's 1992 Jdm Si Vtec,Aesthetics Shopping
Your getting close JEBB4 that's the main thing,a bit steep those prices compared to what i'd be expecting.
Parts off and waiting packing and storing and i'm delighted to see unbeknown to either party that i seemed to have bagged some Yellow fogs on the front ,i hope they remain undiscovered!
Really love the way that back bumper lip comes in on the side too, that wasn't seen from previous pics sent.
Bumpers seem in great nick whilst the sideskirts will probably need minor touch ups from what i can see so far.
Must be patient............................

Cheers wurly he never got back to me on the exhaust in the end and the dough ran dry anyhow.
I was priced $480 on it and assume that was catback, the kit won.
If i'm lucky enough before the supplier leaves Jp i may get a second chance but part of me is looking forward to a quieter daily too
