New Gen 5 Owner from Norfolk (JDM SiR)

Post by Tomley » Sat Jun 04, 2016 9:23 pm

Evening all....

My first Prelude! (My car history is rather extensive)

Spent a long time looking for an Accord Type R, not many good one's about! So turned my focus on other H22 cars

Any way stumbled across this little gem about 150miles away, bought it without looking at it (bad I know)....and turns out I made a good choice!

'98 JDM SiR BB6 (Imported in '04)

Changed the pads all round, and some fresh oil/filter.

Runs lovely.

Cheers
Phil

Welcome to the club :)

Looks very tidy. Do you plan to convert it to manual? What's the mileage?

Welcome! Oooh, that's a very nice one by the looks, with some of the rarer treats! (Honeycombe grille, bonnet spoiler, high rise rear spoiler).
Never ever seen that colour combo either (that red paint, with the red interior).

Cheers all...

I'm about 15minutes from Watton ;)

If the Auto Box lets go then I may change it to manual. I'm an old fart now anyway, so I'm quite happy with the lazy driving :)

I'm newish to the Honda scene, and this is my first ever JDM car. So lots to learn :)

Underneath is solid, needs a good scrub and underseal, but thats maybe a job over the winter.

Yes, got it for a very good price :)

Welcome to LG :Hello:

Your SiR looks stunning in that colour. Very rare, you only really see jdm ludes in silver, black and white 8-)
