Afternoon all,
Well as some may know I bought a Suzuki GV to do the winter and pop the BB4 off the road. Got the GV all sorted as much as required sorned the Lude and then taxed the GV at a whopping £330 (£55 initial instalment) about a week later realised head had gone and burst the radiator. Seems the last owner patched the head gasket with that gasket sealant. Not a happy bunny and didn't have the spare cash to fix the head along with radiator just before Xmas so had to put the lude back on the road (tax that again) and tow the GV from Dundee to Kirrie.
Well on that I took the decision to sell the Lude, it wasn't as useful being a family car as I though I could make it and with this one being the main use one I hadn't even looked at the BB1. Looked at other vehicles I was aiming at this point to get a CRV as would be useful and family built.
Few searches and I found a Subaru Legacy R 2.0 N/A 165hp 121k on the clock and well AWD
Some pictures from the sale add
I have to say I am enjoying driving the car although not super quick and about the same size as a boat its good to drive takes corners very well. Had some snow last week and is pretty enjoyable with the snow.
Oh and another £330 annual tax so another £55 out this month for payment.

Yep, legacy estates are a cool thing
What has happened to the lude? Has it already sold, or going imminently?

Yeah im really enjoying driving it.
Just dropped off for a recall on the fuel wiring so will see what happens. Its rattling to buggery at the front and advisories on MOT were front links so those are on order.
I also hear a bearing going between 60-70 on the NSF so got that ordered and should be here today with the links get all that sorted at the weekend.
I will say this I want another one but it needs to have a turbo.
