Did PAW re-use the distributor for the a5 head or did you need an a7 distributor as well?

They re-used the a5 dizzy for mine.

The problem with Teins coilovers bar the HAs is that to lower the car you compress the spring and not the shock and you loose suspension travel.
With the BC and HA you pre load the spring and leave it. To lower the car you wind the shock down and keep spring travel.

I think they are HA's. The height is adjusted by lowering the spring :?

Oh its not the HA then. HA are JDM Superstreets IIRC. It the Tein Flex im on about. :lol:

i have the flex kit and its as you say ratty you just preload the spring then wind up or down the whole shock

what you have is jap spec tein basic mate. defo harder than our english counterparts.


polybushes are the BOMB. the car feels way more progressive in all situations imo. maybe a little more firm generally but what did a stock lude feel like 16 years ago when it was new????? none of us know... :geek:

Got going on the install for this last night, always a worry cutting the ECU wiring :scaredtoss:

Installed looks good, just need to get the bugger working now :facepalm:
