I have basically ATR internal gears, final drive and LSD in my lude and i love it. I can use 5th gear at 30mph on the flat (1600rpm) and at 70 mph it sits around 37-3800 but fuel economy is still night and day compared with the auto which revved to 3k at 70 with the locked diff. Im getting 30mpg now with mixed driving and some vtec fun in there also. Before with the auto i was getting 22 lol. Most of the roads here are 30mph limits until you hit the b roads or motorway.
