I love seeing posts from people that live near me!

Can anyone tell me if this would be a worthwhile upgrade for an H22A8 (factoring in time & money)? I know I'd see a benefit with the inlet manifold, but forget that for a second, would I feel noticeable gains from just the head and cams?

EDIT: Or is this a silly question? :P

ATR cams are exactly the same as H22A8 so I can not see a point to do a swap ;)
ludes are ment to be driven, not wanking around on a stand like a Civic.

why is there no timing belt fitted?

also it will help if you take a picture of the engine code just to confirm it is an A7

Cheap at that price, GLWTS 8-)

Belt was removed as part of the investigation into the lack of oil pressure

*groan* not more pictures required! Its a bit of a hassle as the engine is at my father-in-laws workshop which is a mission for me to get to while he is there!

Please trust me that this IS most definitely an H22A7 taken from a 1999 Accord Type R!!

Here is a pic of my ATR (although I know this proves nothing - any excuse for a pic of it  )
